You run the show.
I run the switchboard.
Executive support, communications, and operations for queer founders, mission-driven teams, and authors and speakers with very full calendars.
Every request routed. Every handoff clean.

SERVICES
Right request, right person, right time. Then I make it repeatable.
Most of what slows a small team down is ordinary: the email that sat too long, the meeting nobody confirmed, the process that lives in one person's head. I work in that territory.
EXECUTIVE SUPPORT
Your day, routed
I manage inboxes and calendars so the important things reach you and everything else gets handled, scheduled, or politely declined. Meeting prep, travel, follow-ups, and the reminders you'd rather not carry around in your head.
COMMS AND WRITING
Said clearly, on time
Newsletters, proposals, client emails, and edits, written in your voice and moved through review without anyone chasing anyone. Things go out when they're supposed to, and they sound like you.
OPS AND SYSTEMS
Processes that don't need a hero
If something only works because one person remembers to do it, I turn it into a system: documented steps, tools set up properly, handoffs that hold. Then it keeps running while you're on vacation.

ABOUT SAGE
Every star needs someone backstage with a clipboard. Hi, that's me.
I came to operations through communications, by way of teaching public speaking, coordinating advocacy programs, and earning a master's in rhetoric. That path left me convinced that most workplace mess starts with someone not saying plainly what they need, so that's what I listen for first.I also think good support belongs in the room where decisions get made, because that's where the follow-through gets built. And if your business only runs because someone stays up late patching it together, the process needs help and that someone needs sleep.I'm based in Arkansas, where I run a household of seven pets with the same rigor, and slightly less success.
I have found working with Sage to be a relief, and I rely on their ability to keep the trains moving while focusing on the details. They are also incredibly pro-active and willing to learn new things, including new technology, in order to accomplish a goal on time and within budget.
